A successful international office supply programme recognizes the challenges of multiple locations, the need for consistency and the existence of diverse markets.

In addition to the extensive markets covered by Lyreco, we have also formed strategic sales alliances with 4 partners: OfficeMax, Pragmatic express, Waltons and Office Products Depot. These alliances allow us to better serve our international clients with a presence in the USA, Russia, Southern Africa, New Zealand and Mexico. Equally it enables our partners to serve their global customers via Lyreco in Canada, Europe and the Asia-Pacific.

OfficeMax – OfficeMax Incorporated is a leader in both business-to-business office products solutions and retail office products. The  company provides office supplies and paper, in-store print and document services through OfficeMax ImPress®, technology products and solutions, furniture to consumers and to large, medium and small businesses. OfficeMax customers are served by approximately 32,000  associates through direct sales, catalogues, e-commerce and nearly 1,000 stores.

Pragmatic – Our partner in Russia, is in the leading position as contract stationer. In 2007, Pragmatic recorded more than US$60million revenue and employed around 800 people. Pragmatic’s current presence focuses on the greater Moscow area and  St Petersburg.

Waltons –The number 1 national distributor of office supplies in South Africa. The company employs 2,300 people and has 95 branches which provide immediate accessibility to its clients across Southern Africa including Namibia and Mozambique.

Office Products Depot – Number 2 office supplies provider in New Zealand with annual revenue around US$ 42 million. OPD employs a sales staff of 240 persons along with a distribution network which offers 37 conveniently located outlets across New Zealand.
