Q : How to purchase with Lyreco?
A :
A Company who is interested to purchase with Lyreco must first have a Customer Account. This account is created by our Sales Representative at no cost when they visit you. The first order is usually taken down by the Sales Representative and as for subsequent orders, Customer would be able to place them via fax (either on Company PO or Lyreco Order Form), Telephone or Internet (On-Line-Ordering).

Q : How to subscribe to On-Line-Ordering (OLO)?
A : Companies who are already a customer of Lyreco can request for access at anytime. This can be done either through the Customer Service Representative or through the OLO website. No special subscription is required for OLO.

Q : Is there a minimum order value (MOV) requirement?
A : Yes. Effective January 2010, the minimum order value is MYR60.00 Malaysian customers.

Q : Are there any freight charge?
A : Yes. However, freight charge will only be imposed if an order does not fulfill the MOV requirement. The freight charge is MYR30.00.

Q : How long does the delivery process take?
A : Any order placed before 5.30pm will be delivered within the next day between 8:30am to 5:30pm (excluding Friday as the order will be delivered on the following Monday.

Q : Can a Customer request for their goods to be delivered at a specific time?
A : Due to high delivery volume, request for delivery at a specific time cannot be guaranteed. However, we can guarantee that Customers will receive their goods before 5.30pm.

Q : Are Customer entitled to any special payment terms?
A : Yes. The payment term is 30 days from the date of invoice.

Q : What about the mode of payment?
A : Customer may issue cheque in payment for their orders. Alternatively, customers may also remit payment to our banking account. Please contact the Customer Service Hotline for banking details.

Q : What is the Return & Exchange Policy in Lyreco?
A : Any return or exchange must be done within 30 days from the date of purchase. Goods must also be in good sellable condition. Specifically for products sold in sealed packages such as ink cartridges, should remain sealed when returned or exchanged.
